The app stores your ranked strain IDs, an app-generated random user ID, and basic product interaction data needed to save your list and calculate aggregate rankings. The website may use a cookie for the same ranking sync purpose.

The Highest is a personal strain ranking tracker. This policy explains the data used to keep your list synced and to create the annual national Top 3.

How We Use It
We use this data for app functionality: loading your list, saving your ranked choices, showing the strain catalog, and producing aggregate national Top 3 results every 4/20.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell cannabis, process cannabis orders, provide medical advice, sell your personal data, or use your ranking data for third-party advertising tracking.
Analytics
The public website uses Vercel Analytics to understand high-level site usage. The native iOS app does not include an advertising tracker.
Your Choices
You can remove strains from your list in the app and save the updated list. To ask for help with your app data, contact support and include that you are using The Highest iOS app.
