The Highest
The Highest is a personal strain ranking and sharing app. This policy explains the data used for accounts, friends, shared lists, and the annual national Top 3.
Effective July 15, 2026
We store your account ID, display name, public handle and bio, friend connections, shared-list settings, list strain IDs, and annual ranking submissions. Detailed ratings and notes on the web are stored in your browser and scoped to your signed-in account.
We use this data to load your account, connect you with friends, enforce list visibility, render links you choose to share, and produce aggregate national Top 3 results every 4/20.
Your handle, display name, and bio are public. Private lists are visible only to you. Friends-only lists are visible to accepted friends with the link. Public lists are visible to anyone with the link.
We do not sell cannabis, process cannabis orders, provide medical advice, sell your personal data, or use your ranking data for third-party advertising tracking.
The public website uses Vercel Analytics to understand high-level site usage. The native iOS app does not include an advertising tracker.
You can edit your profile, remove friends, change a list’s visibility, remove strains, and delete non-default lists in the app. To ask for help with your account data, contact support.
